Racism and Sexism in Finance
I prepared a slide deck on (1) an abridged history of racism and sexism in finance, (2) legislation designed to correct it, (3) the impact of the legislation based on academic research, and (4) new research on other interventions designed to combat racism and sexism in finance. It is designed as a lecture from slides 1-67 and then a “choose your own adventure” afterwards.
